For selected international buyers:

  • Transfers from arrival points to Šiluva

  • Check-in and accommodation

Other participant groups arrive according to their individual schedules.

1 October (Wednesday)

Conference, B2B Meetings and Official Dinner

Open to all registered participants
10:00–10:30 – Registration and welcome coffee
10:30–11:00 – Official opening and welcome speeches
11:00–13:00 – Conference session


Professional programme for international buyers, suppliers, exhibitors and institutional partners
13:00–14:30 – Lunch
14:30–16:30 – B2B meetings
17:00 – Departure to Šiluva
17:30–18:30 – Introduction to the Shrine of Šiluva
18:30–21:00 – Official dinner with cultural programme

2 October (Thursday)

FAM Tour

  • FAM Tour for registered participants

  • Introduction to Šiluva and other religious tourism sites in the region

3 October (Friday)

For selected international buyers:

  • Departure of buyers

  • Transfers to departure points

*Programme note

The conference part of the Forum before lunch will be open to all registered participants. Lunch, B2B meetings, the exhibition / contact fair and the FAM Tour will be designed primarily for tourism professionals, international buyers, suppliers, exhibitors, institutions and partners.
