The International Religious Tourism Forum will take place on 1–2 October 2026 in Raseiniai and Šiluva, Lithuania.
The main conference programme will take place in Raseiniai. The evening programme and the FAM Tour will include Šiluva and other religious tourism sites in the region.
The Forum is open to registered participants from the following groups:
international buyers;
suppliers;
exhibitors;
institutional partners;
conference participants.
Please note that different parts of the programme may be intended for different participant groups.
The working languages of the Forum will be Lithuanian and English.
Simultaneous interpretation with conference equipment will be provided during the main conference programme.
At this stage, participants are invited to complete the pre-registration form.
Pre-registration helps the organisers prepare for the event, assess participant needs and plan participant flows. After submitting the form, participants will receive further information from the organisers. Participation in the Forum and specific programme activities will be confirmed individually.
B2B meetings are pre-arranged professional meetings between international buyers and suppliers.
They are designed to help participants present tourism products, discuss cooperation opportunities and establish new professional contacts.
A FAM Tour is a familiarisation tour designed to introduce participants to a destination, its tourism products, services and visitor experiences.
The FAM Tour will introduce participants to Šiluva and other religious tourism sites in the region.
No. Participation in the FAM Tour is subject to registration and confirmation by the organisers.
The FAM Tour is not intended for participants registered for the conference only. Priority may be given to international buyers, suppliers, exhibitors, institutional partners and other participants directly involved in religious tourism, pilgrimage, heritage and tourism product development.
Yes. Participation in the Forum is free of charge.
Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, except for selected international buyers and invited speakers, whose participation conditions will be agreed individually with the organisers.
Accommodation for selected international buyers will be arranged by the organisers.
Other participants will receive recommended accommodation options in Raseiniai, Šiluva and the surrounding region.
Transfers for selected international buyers will be arranged by the organisers according to confirmed travel details.
Other participants are expected to arrange their own travel to and from the Forum venue.
